With 40 years of unmatched experience in the Construction field, Er.Ahamed Moopen has been instrumental in the formation of Moopens Aztech. His vision, guidance and expertise has helped Moopens Aztech to quickly become one of the most reputable and reliable contractors in Kerala. An alumni of NSS Engineering college Palakkad, Mr Ahmed Moopen joined Kerala Government Public Works Department in 1975 as an Engineer and was deputed to Building and Roads Section . The building Constructed then, around the prestigious Calicut Medical College ,Pantheerankavu Bridge on Calicut Bypass , and major Canals & Aqueducts of Kuttyadi Irrigation Projects are some examples of his professional expertise Having served for 15 years in PWD, he went abroad to pursue his dream of establishing a Construction Company in the Middle East. He founded Fenn Al Bina’a Contracting in 1987. Later he started Rajma Trading and Contracting L.L.C in 1998, both of which are recognized as being amongst the best contractors in Oman today. As Chairman & MD of both companies, Mr Ahmed Moopen has built excellent relations all over Oman, especially with the Ministry of Education , since he has successfully completed some major projects in the education sector.
He started Al Turath Al Arabi Contarcting in Dubai in the year 1993 which is currentely managed by his son Er. AnoopMoopen. He is involved in many social welfare activities and charity works , and is a member of the Hajj committee. He is also a Director of MIMS Hospital and Life Member of MES. His vision, Ethics and valuable practical solutions always guide us .

An established business entrepreneur with a dynamic record of constant growth in changing markets and proven achievement in Civil Construction, Fabrication and Interior Decoration , Anoop Moopen also holds a remarkable flair for leadership. A graduate Civil Engineer from Madras University, Chennai and Masters in International Construction Management from Leeds University, United Kingdom, he is currently Chairman and Managing Director of six companies – Al Turath Al Arabi Contracting (UAE), Aztech Technical Service (UAE), Aztech Saudi Arabia Contracting & Construction Co Ltd (KSA), and Moopen’sAztech Contracting LLP (india). He also presides on the Board of Fenn’Al Bina'a Contracting (Oman) and Rajma contracting (Oman). He has also been at the helm to the group’s venture in to the education sector and is the Managing Director of (DM-WIMS) Wayanad Institute of Medical sciences (india). He is also the Director of Toddler Town British Nursery (UAE).
His unmatched expertise and astutenesss has been his nomination to the Board of Directors to major affiliate of Dr. Moopens Group, Aster DM Healthcare, one of the largest healthcare providers in Middle East and India having 17 hospitals ,87 Medical centers , 200 Pharmacies , spanning its operations in 9 countries including India , UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Philippines.

A veteran in project control and co-ordination, D.C Thambi comes with 20 years of experience in the field of civil engineering and specializes in commercial and government projects. He has handled senior project management position in well known companies in Oman, Dubai and is currently heading the India Operations. A dedicated and insightful Engineer, who always comes out with intelligent, economical and Safety oriented ideas during project discussion with clients. Also. he is well appreciated for his astute schedule preparation by his team members.

A retired Indian Army Officer who has got vast experience in Administration, Logistics, HR and event Management . For last four years he is looking after our administrative requirements including Assets Management. Also, he is well versed with the Insurance requirements of the Project, Labour office directions, Electricity Office and local government office requirements of the contractors well as the clients also. Health , Sanitation, Safety and accident compensation for the Local and Migrant Labourers also comes under his preview. He takes care of Effective communication between Client, Consultant and Project team.

A post Graduate with Chartered Accountant (Inter) with five years’ experience in Construction related Accounting System. He has got excellent knowledge in sales tax, Service tax and Income tax. He has got adequate knowledge in the field of Construction also. He is fully involved in Project Estimate, Negotiation, Evaluation of Contract Terms , Budget Monitoring and Financial Reporting.
We have an In-house Fabrication and Construction division as well thus providing Total Construction solutions.
